Payment terms:Deferral of payment of 60-120 calendar days, or payment by promissory note on the terms of the transfer of the promissory note on the day of the onset of payment obligations.
Delivery terms:The price in rubles excluding VAT should include the cost of delivery to the Customer's warehouse or terminal of the transport company in the city of the Customer's presence.
Delivery is carried out in most cases by monthly bids (except for additional agreements with direct customers on consolidated deliveries).

Comments:
To participate in the selection, a bid for participation in the form of Appendix No. 2 and an enterprise card with a seal and signature of an authorized person must be uploaded to the documentation section.

By participating in the selection, you guarantee that the products offered to you meet the requirements of TR CU 019/2011.
When submitting an offer, be sure to indicate the NAME of the shopping center that you offer according to the claimed nomenclature. It is also NECESSARY TO PROVIDE CERTIFICATES OF POSITIVE TESTS OF your products for EACH CUSTOMER, upload them to the documentation section for your offer on the trading platform.

Please note that the full technical description of the shopping center is posted in the attached documents (the "summary need" file), because technically there are restrictions on the number of characters per line on the E-Marketplace.
