Расчет за выполненные работы производится в течение 60 (шестидесяти) календарных дней после подписания Сторонами актов выполненных работ по форме № КС-2 и КС-3, подписанного сторонами.
Счета-фактуры выставляются заказчику Подрядчиком в соответствии с требованиями ст168 п.3, ст.169, ст.172 п.9 НК РФ.
Датой осуществления оплаты является дата списания денежных средств с расчетного счета Заказчика.
Иные требования указаны в проекте договора.
