The Customer reserves the right to accept or reject any application, as well as to terminate the procurement process and refuse all applications at any time prior to the conclusion of the contract. At the same time, the Customer will not be liable to the procurement participants who submitted applications, and will also not be obliged to notify the reasons for such a decision. The bidder who submitted the application bears all the costs associated with the preparation and submission of his application, the Customer is not responsible and is not liable for these costs, regardless of the nature of the procurement or the results of consideration and evaluation of the bids of the participants.

В соответствии с абзацем вторым пп. 9.6.2 Положения принято решение о заключении договора с единственным участником закупки ООО "ИВЕНТ - АГЕНТСТВО "НОВАЯ ЛИГА"
