Обоснование: 1. Признать Заявку ООО «УГИ» соответствующей отборочным требованиям Закупочной документации и допустить к дальнейшему рассмотрению.
2. Признать несостоявшимся открытый запрос предложений на основании пункта 4.5.12. Инструкции по проведению закупочных процедур (Приложение 2 к Положению о закупках ПАО «Т Плюс»).
3. Заказчику (ООО «УКС») заключить договор с единственным участником открытого запроса предложений ООО «УГИ» (426057, Удмуртская Республика, город Ижевск, улица Ленина, дом 4, литер В, кабинет 22) на основании пункта 4.5.13.
