Comments: in accordance with the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 16, 2016 № 925 establishes the priority of goods of Russian origin, works, services, performed by Russian persons in relation to goods, Originating from a foreign country, works, services, performed, rendered by foreign persons.

Thus, this procedure of request for proposals does not impose on the customer an appropriate amount of civil obligations, including the obligation to conclude a contract with a person whose application is recognized as the best.

The customer has the right to refuse to make a request for proposals at any stage without incurring any liability to the participants of the request for proposals or third parties, to whom such action may bring losses.
Detailed information with indication of quantity of delivered goods, volume of performed works, rendered services is specified in Appendix № 1 to Purchase Documentation "specification".
The terms of the contract concluded on the results of the purchase are specified in Appendix № 2 to the procurement documentation "Draft Agreement".

Before the final determination of the winner the organizer has the right to demand from any participant confirmation of his/her compliance with the qualification requirements. Confirmation of eligibility of the participant is carried out according to the criteria specified in the purchase documentation. Confirmation of eligibility of the participant to qualifying requirements can be carried out both on all criteria, and selectively. A participant's refusal from this procedure may be regarded by the purchasing Commission as providing false information. The application of the non-compliant participant will be rejected.

оформившие свое участие в запросе предложений
