Payment terms:
Based on the results of the work, payment is carried out in stages:
According to the 1st stage - 40% of the work cost is transferred by the Customer to the settlement account of the Contractor within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment of the Customer's approval of the design estimates, which received the positive conclusion of the state examination and the signing of the acceptance certificate of the project documentation on the basis of the invoice (invoice) .
In the second stage, 60% of the work cost is transferred by the Customer to the settlement account of the Contractor within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of the Customer's approval of the developed working documentation and the signing of the acceptance certificate of the working documentation on the basis of the invoice (invoice).
Settlements are made by transfer of non-cash funds to the bank details of the Contractor.
Delivery terms:
The deadline for the execution of work is not more than 85 calendar days from the date of signing the contract, of which, according to the stages:
Stage I - development and coordination with the JSC "Yantarenergo" and the branch of JSC "SO UES" Baltic RDU of the main technical solutions (OTP), development, coordination with JSC "Yantarenergo" and the branch of JSC "SO UES" Baltic RDU and examination of project documentation in accordance with the requirements of normative and technical documents, the term - until 30.10.2018;
II stage - working out and coordination of working documentation with JSC "Yantarenergo" and branch of JSC "SO UES" Baltic RDU, deadline - until 30.11.2018.
