Payment terms:
Payment for completed Works shall be made by the Customer upon completion of all Works and acceptance by the Customer of the Result of work on the basis of the Acceptance of Acceptance Act signed by the Parties, with deferred payment with a delay of at least 60 and not more than 90 calendar days from the date of signing the Acceptance Act Works, subject to submission by the Contractor to the Customer of a complete set of the following documents:
- Act of Acceptance of Acceptance of Works (Appendix No. 6 to the Contract), signed by the Parties;
- the original invoice;
- original invoice issued on the basis of the Act of Acceptance of Works and transferred to the Customer within 5 calendar days from the date of performance of works,
subject to the absence of claims and demands on the part of the Customer on the quality and timing of the Work performed.
Settlements under the Agreement are made by transferring funds to the Supplier's settlement account specified in the Agreement, and may also have a different form of settlements that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation, including by transferring bills of exchange, etc.
In the event that the agreement is concluded with the SIDS, the payment period is established in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
