The purchase is carried out in electronic form (the application of the participant is provided only electronically through the functional of the ETP. The participant's application on paper is not provided)
The customer has the right to refuse to request proposals at any stage, without incurring any liability to the participants of the request for proposals or third parties to whom such action may bring losses.
Detailed information with indication of quantity of delivered goods, volume of performed works, rendered services is specified in Appendix № 1 to the Procurement Documentation "Technical specification".
The terms of the contract concluded according to the purchase results are specified in Appendix № 2 to the procurement documentation "draft contract".
The remaining and more detailed terms of purchase are contained in the procurement documentation, which is an integral part of the notice.
Before final determination of the winner the organizer has the right to demand from any participant to confirm its compliance with qualification requirements. Confirmation of eligibility of the participant is carried out according to the criteria specified in the procurement documentation. Confirmation of eligibility of the participant can be carried out both by all criteria and selectively. The refusal of the participant from this procedure may be considered by the Purchasing Commission as providing knowingly false information. A non-compliant participant's application will be rejected.

Обоснование: Оценка Заявок Участников проводилась в соответствии с Критериями и порядком оценки (Приложение №3 к Закупочной документации). По результатам, которой ООО «СПК ПОЛЮС» по неценовому критерию «Опыт выполнения аналогичных договоров в сопоставимых с предметом закупки объемах (в денежном выражении) за последние 3 года» был присвоен наивысший балл, т.к. опыт выполнения аналогичных договоров превышает требование Заказчика. Положительная репутация подтверждена отзывами от других Заказчиков. По результатам итоговой ранжировки заявка ООО «СПК ПОЛЮС» заняла первое место по количеству баллов.
