Payment terms:
1-й платеж: Заказчик на основании выставляемого Подрядчиком счета уплачивает Подрядчику в течение 30 (тридцати) рабочих дней со дня начала оказания услуг аванс в размере 15 % от указанной стоимости оборудования настоящего Договора.
2-й платеж: Окончательный расчет по настоящему договору производится после выполнения работ и подписания акта сдачи-приемки выполненных работ. Акт оформляется в произвольной форме в двух экземплярах, по одному для каждой из сторон. В случае приостановления по письменной просьбе Заказчика выполнения работ, начатого Исполнителем, на срок более одного месяца, Заказчик оплачивает Исполнителю фактические затраты по выполненному объему работы на момент приостановления.
