Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:terms of payment: Payment for completed work is carried out in accordance with the agreement concluded on the results of the price query. The order and terms of payment are defined in conducting inquiries of prices between parties which have framework agreements in response to an open request for proposal. The advance is not provided.
Delivery terms:the validity term of the framework agreement: from the date of signature until 31.12.2017 g. After the signing of the framework agreements with the winners of this procedure, it is planned to conduct queries on specific prices, volumes of work. To participate in price queries will be invited Parties that have signed framework agreements based on the results of this open request for proposals. Deadlines for each specific work on volumes will be determined when carrying out price queries, in which signatories will be invited based on the results of this open request for proposal framework agreements.
