Payment terms:
The customer shall make a calculation with the contractor for the actual amount of work performed within 5 (five) banking days from the moment of signing by the Parties of the Act on acceptance of the executed works in the form of KS-2 and the information on the cost of performed works in the form of KS-3 according to P. 3.21
The final payment for the executed works under the contract is made by the customer within 5 (five) banking after completion of all works with the provision of documents specified in the 3.21-3.22 agreement and acceptance of the result of the executed works, on the basis of the Act Acceptance-delivery of the result of executed works and the act of OS-3 executed in accordance with the established procedure according to paragraph 9.4, taking into account deduction of the earlier listed sums for actually executed volume of works on KS-3.
