and selected the winner: OOO "MPZ" – (Bidder 1) (Курлюк И.В.) submitting a bid dated of 06.04.2017 12:39 totalling to 138 647,52 RUB (price excl. of VAT)
ООО «Минусинский пивоваренный завод» более 15 лет успешно работает на рынке услуг по поставке питьевой воды. Вода питьевая бутилированная негазированная «Спасский собор» первой категории качества произведена по ТУ 0131-008-00357200-04 и ТИ 031-00357200-012-2014 и соответствует требованиям ГОСТ. Цена воды «Спасский собор» 19л. составляет 72,04 рублей без учета НДС 18%. Вода поставляется в многооборотной таре которая является возвратной. Все цены указаны с учетом транспортных расходов.
Обоснование: 1. Признать заявку ООО «Минусинский пивоваренный завод» по Лоту № 1-АХР-2017-ЦСО на право заключения договора на поставку питьевой воды и одноразовых стаканчиков соответствующей требованиям закупочной документации.
2. Проведение новой закупки не целесообразно так, как это не приведет к изменению круга Участников и появлению другого победителя, а так же исчерпаны лимиты времени на выполнение процедур закупок.
3. На основании п. 5.13, п.п. 5.13.1.1. положения о закупке АО «ЦСО СШГЭС», признать победителем ООО «Минусинский пивоваренный завод» стоимость предложения 163 604,07 рублей с НДС, заключить договор, как с единственным участником конкурентной процедуры.
