Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:. The advance is not provided, the proposals contain a prepayment will not be considered. Term of payment for the products within 30 (thirty) calendar days from receipt of the products by the buyer.
Delivery terms:the planned delivery time-within 15 working days from receipt of the written requests of the purchaser in the address of the provider. Shipped products must be new, previously unused, date of manufacture, not earlier than 4 quarter year 2016. At the moment of transfer of the goods must have documents certifying quality control is carried out, the results of which are reflected in the Act of input control.
