Payment terms:
Payment for the Products is made by the Buyer with a deferred payment of not less than 30 and not more than 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Products (the date of signing by the Parties to TORG-12 or UPD) (if the contract is concluded with SMSP, the payment term is set in accordance with current legislation of the Russian Federation) provided that the Buyer is provided with a full set of documents for payment of each batch:
- The original bill of lading for the Products (form TORG-12 or UPD), signed by the Parties - 2 copies .;
- Original invoice - 1 copy;
- Original invoice - 1 copy;
Delivery terms:
Products must be labeled, in whole sealed packaging, ensuring the safety of the Products from damage, damage during transportation by all means of transport, transshipment, storage, in accordance with GOST, TU, OST. The designation of the product brand on the packaging and quality certificate must be identical. Products should be transported in thermo trucks in the cold season (below 2C)
Marking, packaging and accompanying documentation must strictly comply with the special requirements of normative and technical documentation
Container (packaging) is not refundable
Delivery is carried out by shipment of the Products by rail or road by force and at the expense of the Supplier, respectively, to the railway station of destination of the Consignee or to the warehouse of the Consignee. (in accordance with column 28 of table 1)
The supplier, at the same time as the goods are transferred, is obliged to transfer to the Customer his accessories, as well as documents related to him in Russian, certified by the manufacturer of the original product passport (certificate) of quality for the product, certificate of conformity, a copy of the expert opinion on the conformity of products with the Unified Sanitary and Epidemiological and Hygienic Requirements goods when offering carboxylic and strongly acidic cation exchangers.
The list and volumes of purchased products are preliminary and may be changed when adjusting the production program. The unit price obtained based on the results of competitive sales is not subject to change when adjusting delivery volumes
Early delivery can be made only with the written consent of the Customer. The customer is entitled to refuse to accept the Products according to the agreed specification if the delivery is overdue for more than fifteen calendar days.
