Comments: If you are just going to start cooperation with PJSC "VimpelCom" on carrying out of works on strengthening and carrying out of repair works (AVR) of antenna-mast constructions and infrastructure of sites of mobile network, we ask you to send the following documents (package Documentation):

2. Fill in Annex 1 member details by submitting in Excel format;
3. Fill in the Application 2 qualification (in Excel format).

Current wording of the Charter with current changes;
A power of attorney or other document authorizing a person to sign documents on behalf of the Organization;
Certificate of registration with the tax authority;
