PJSC VimpelCom invites organizations to take part in the request for information on the project "Transformation of the PM (Performance Management) system for PJSC VimpelCom".
Comments: The purpose of the information request: market analysis, formation of a preliminary list of participants in the tender process, determination of the estimated cost of the solution.
Request subject:
Creation of a unified master system of technological statistics with a unified user interface for RAN, Core, TN domains. Details are provided in the document "Soc Inventory_PM".
Planned stages of the Procurement Event:
Stage 1. RFI. Collection of information about the technical solutions offered on the market. Collection of documents for qualification. Formation of a list of interested participants. Formation of the preliminary cost of the project.
Stage 2. Pre-qualification. Evaluation of technical solutions of participants for compliance with qualification requirements, taking into account the successful passing of product testing (pilot).
Stage 3. Commercial stage among qualified participants.
Stage 4. Selection of the winner.
Stage 5. Conclusion of an agreement with the winner.
To participate in prequalification, you must submit the following documents to the email address ADotsenko@beeline.ru, no later than 12:00 pm (Moscow time) on September 09, 2021:
1. Completed Appendix 1 "Participant Questionnaire" in pdf format (scanned with signature);
2. Completed document "Soc Inventory_PM", as well as a presentation of your technical solution.
3. Submit a commercial proposal (RFI).
4. Title documents:
- Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities certified by the State Tax Inspection, scanned in pdf format;
- Certificate of state Registration / INN / PSRN / certificate of registration with the State Tax Inspection, scan in pdf format;
- The current edition of the charter with the current amendments, scanned in pdf format;
- A power of attorney or other document giving authority to a particular person to sign documents on behalf of the organization.

Electronic copies of documents must meet the following conditions:
• The participant must ensure that each scanned document is easy to read.
• Each scanned document must be saved in a separate file, while the document containing one page is saved in a separate file, and the document containing several pages and attachments must also be grouped into one PDF file (for example: Charter, balance sheet for every year of financial and economic activity).
• Each document should have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.
• The names of the filled out forms should not be changed.
• The answer should be archived using the RAR archiver. The archive name should be short. If the archive size exceeds 10 MB, it should be split into volumes no more than 10 MB in size. If the archive is split into volumes, each volume must be sent in a separate letter.
• The subject of the letter should contain: the abbreviated name of the event; abbreviated name of the participant; Volume number of a multivolume archive; number of volumes.
• All letters must contain a signature indicating: the name of the sender; the position of the sender; subdivision in which the sender works; his contact phones (including mobile); e-mail; the name of the organization.
