To participate in a procurement event, the Organization must:

1. Fill in the form of the participant by providing in PDF format (scanned with signature);
2. Fill in Annex 1 member details by submitting in Excel format;
3. Fill in annex 2 Statement of Compliance (scan with signature). Attach scanned copies of the documents (PDF format) confirming the information contained in the application. The application and each application must be placed in separate files;
4. Fill in the Application 3 finanaliz_rejting 1, presenting in Excel format;

It is also necessary to prepare the following documents in PDF format:

- Extract from the egrul dated 2018;
- Current wording of the Charter with current changes;
- A power of attorney or other document authorizing a person to sign
Documents on behalf of the Organization;
- Certificate of registration with the tax authority;
- Certificate of entry into the Egrul;
- The balance sheet or other documents characterizing the financial and economic activities of the Organization please provide for closed periods of the current year, as well as a report at the end of previous periods (as much as 3 years).
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
