PJSC VimpelCom invites the organizations to participate in the pre-qualification selection for the formation of the list of participants of the tender for the selection of contractors to perform the work on the organization of clients B2B connections (installation of JSC, SKS, WLL and Wi-Fi) in the territories of the Western Region of PJSC "VimpelCom". Comments: To participate in the preliminary qualification it is necessary to:
1. Read the Privacy Statement.
Please note that your consent to participate in the procurement event of PJSC "VimpelCom" signifies acceptance of the terms of the "Privacy Statement" and you will be responsible for Failure to comply with the terms of the Privacy Statement in accordance with applicable law.
2. See the list of works.
3. Fill in the questionnaire of the Participant of the PURCHASE, providing in PDF format (scan with the signature of the authorized person).
4. Fill in the Questionnaire of the potential supplier (with mandatory filling in information about the territory of activity), providing in Excel format.
Please, note! The archive with documents p.2,3 and 4 is stored, the password to the archive is specified in the file "Privacy Statement".
Electronic copies of documents shall meet the following conditions:
1. The participant should ensure that every scanned document is easily readable.
2. Each scanned document must be saved in a separate file, a single page document being saved in a separate file and a document containing multiple pages and annexes, $ should also be grouped into a single file.
3. Each document must have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its contents.
PAY ATTENTION!
The package of documents (two Questionnaires item 3 and item 4) must be attached when responding to the pre-qualification under the application № 1361049 no later than 18-00 (MSK) October 28, 2019.
This invitation does not constitute a notice of holding an open tender or auction in the sense of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and, accordingly, does not entail for PJSC "VimpelCom" the obligations provided for by these articles.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
