PJSC "VimpelCom" invites companies to participate in the preliminary formation of the list of participants of the procurement activities for choosing a contractor for the supply of software and the implementation of the installation of the software on DWDM / SDH Huawei network in 3 years
Comments: To participate in the procurement event, the organization must:
1. Fill in the Participant Questionnaire by submitting in PDF format (scanned with signature);
2. Fill in Annex 1 details of the participant, submitting in Excel format;
3. Fill in Annex 2 Declaration of Conformity (scanned with signature). Attach scanned copies of documents (PDF format) confirming the information provided in the Application. The application and each application must be placed in separate files;
4. Fill in Appendix 3 FinAnaliz_rating 1, presenting in Excel format;
It is also necessary to prepare the following documents in PDF format:
- Excerpt from the Unified State Register dated 2019;
- The current version of the charter with current changes;
- Power of attorney or other document authorizing a person to sign
documents on behalf of the organization;
- Certificate of registration with the tax authority;
- Certificate of entry into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
- The balance sheet or other documents characterizing the financial and economic activity of the organization please provide for closed periods of the current year, as well as the report for the end of previous periods (maximum 3 years).
Electronic copies of documents shall meet the following conditions:
• the participant should ensure that every scanned document is easily readable; $
• each document must have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.$
The package of documents must be sent to the e-mail address ALuzhnev@beeline.ru no later than 16:45 06 December 2019. (in the subject of the letter you should specify "Name of the participant/Selection of contractors for the supply of software and installation works on the Huawei DWDM/SDH network for 3 years".
The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 MB (if necessary, you can send several letters or several volumes of the same archive).
Please note that your consent to participate in the procurement event of PJSC "VimpelCom" also implies acceptance of the terms of the "Privacy Statement" and you will be responsible for Failure to comply with the terms of the Privacy Statement in accordance with applicable law.
