Geography of work execution: the entire territory of the Russian Federation.
The entire scope of work is preliminarily divided into 16 lots on a territorial basis. The list and composition of lots are given in the Declaration of Conformity (tab_ "List of regions and areas"). All indoor types are drawn for all lots, except for MSC (lot 1). For lot 1 (Moscow) Only Femto cells are drawn. Information on the scope of work will be sent to participants at the next stage.
If you are just going to start cooperation with VimpelCom PJSC on the design, construction and modernization of INDOOR base stations, we ask you to send the following completed documents (documentation package) by March 2, 2021:
1. Documents for participation Completed file Documents for participation (including the Participant's Questionnaire, Participant's compliance with the requirements of the procurement event), provide in PDF format (scanned with signature and seal) and Word
2. The financial analysis

8. Provide supporting documents in accordance with the items of qualification requirements
Please note that our current partners in this category (have a valid agreement with PJSC VimpelCom), as well as participants who passed the qualification selection in 2020, qualify automatically, subject to confirmation of the availability of a current SRO (in accordance with the requirements of FZ-372 dated 07/03/2016) and the absence of negative interaction experience (the presence of claims work in relation to the organization). These organizations will receive a separate request for a proposal for participation in the tender and a further action plan until 02.21.2021 to their contact mailing addresses.
The package of documents must be sent to the e-mail address tender_Pyankov@beeline.ru no later than March 2, 2021 (the subject of the letter should indicate "Name of the participant / Qualification of the IDP construction and installation work for Indoor BS for 2021"). The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 MB (if necessary, you can send several letters or several volumes of one archive). The name of each file should indicate its content.
Based on the results of a full and comprehensive review of the documentation provided by the Participant, VimpelCom PJSC forms a list of Participants qualified by the Category and meeting the mandatory technical and commercial requirements. Such participants will receive invitations to participate in procurement activities of PJSC VimpelCom by Category.

By submitting documents at any stage of the procurement process, you confirm that you are familiar with the information about the procurement process and comply with its provisions and requirements.
The procurement event is planned to be carried out in several stages:
1. stage - Qualification selection (verification of participants for compliance with qualification requirements based on the documentation received).
2. stage - Commercial stage in the format of an electronic auction at the VimpelCom site with qualified participants.
Information on the results of the qualifying selection, as well as information on the next stages of the procurement event, will be sent to the participants approximately after March 5.
Electronic copies of documents must meet the following conditions:
• the participant must ensure that each scanned document is easy to read;
• each scanned document must be saved in a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved in a separate file, and a document containing several pages and attachments must also be grouped into one file, for example: The charter must be scanned not in separate pages, but in one file (PDF file in black and white format);
• each document should have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.
This invitation does not constitute a notice of an open tender or auction in the sense of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and, accordingly, does not entail any obligations for PJSC VimpelCom provided for in these Articles.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
