Please note that the participants who passed the qualification selection in 2020 for this category "Painting of equipment of PJSC" VimpelCom "located on high-rise dual-purpose poles in Moscow" are qualified automatically in the absence of negative interaction experience (presence of claims work against the organization) ...
Also, the participants who passed the qualification selection in 2020 in the category for the category "Design, construction and modernization of base stations (PIR SMR BS) in the Moscow Region region must provide an abbreviated package of documents to participate in this event.
These organizations will receive a separate request for a proposal for participation in the tender and a further action plan until March 17, 2021 to their contact mailing addresses.
The package of documents must be sent to the e-mail address tender_ustinova@beeline.ru no later than March 17, 2021 (the subject of the letter should indicate "Name of the participant / Qualification painting of equipment. The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 MB (if necessary, you can send several letters or several volumes of the same archive). The name of each file should indicate its content.
Based on the results of a full and comprehensive review of the documentation provided by the Participant, VimpelCom PJSC forms a list of Participants qualified by the Category and meeting the mandatory technical and commercial requirements. Such participants will receive invitations to participate in procurement activities of PJSC VimpelCom by Category.

By submitting documents at any stage of the procurement process, you confirm that you are familiar with the information about the procurement process and comply with its provisions and requirements.
The procurement event is planned to be carried out in several stages:
1. stage - Qualification selection (verification of participants for compliance with qualification requirements based on the documentation received).
2. stage - Commercial stage in the format of an electronic auction at the VimpelCom site with qualified participants.
Information on the results of the qualifying selection, as well as information on the next stages of the procurement event, will be sent to the participants approximately after March 19, 2021.
Electronic copies of documents must meet the following conditions:
• the participant must ensure that each scanned document is easy to read;
• each scanned document must be saved in a separate file, while the document containing one page is saved in a separate file, and the document containing several pages and attachments must also be grouped into one file, for example: The charter must be scanned not in separate pages, but in one file (PDF file in black and white format);
• each document should have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.
This invitation does not constitute a notice of an open tender or auction in the sense of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and, accordingly, does not entail obligations for PJSC VimpelCom under these Articles.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
