Lots:
Lot No. 1
Organization and implementation of technical support for technical protection systems.
Comments: It is required to organize technical support of complexes of technical means of protection (hereinafter - KTSZ) of facilities mounted on the basis of the Customer’s equipment.
Scope and procedure:
- inspection of KTSZ installed at the Customer’s facilities;
- restoration of the operability of KTSZ equipment in the event of its failure to work;
- taking measures and / or providing the Customer with an expert opinion on eliminating the causes of the failure of KTSZ;
- KTSZ repair, which is carried out to ensure or restore the operability of KTSZ;
- conducting quarterly maintenance with checking the operability of KTSZ and its components.
The Terms of Reference will be sent after approval of the list of qualified participants.
The tender is divided into 7 lots in accordance with the geographical location of the objects of work and the types of maintenance of KTSZ. The list of lots can be found in the document "Lots, a list of TO KTSZ". At the same time, you can participate in the tender, both one and all lots.
To apply for participation in the procurement event, you must:
1. Fill out the application form by submitting in PDF (scan with signature) and Word.
2. Read the Privacy Statement and indicate your agreement with it.
3. The following documents must also be provided:
∙ scans of balance sheets certified by the company's seal and tax authority.
∙ scans of profit and loss statements for the analyzed period, certified by the company's seal and tax authority;
∙ excel template completed in accordance with the attached reporting.
If the last available reporting is annual, then annual reporting for the last 2 years is provided. If the last available reporting is for a quarter / half-year / 9 months, then reporting is provided for 3 periods: the last reporting period of the current year and 2 previous years. If the participant belongs to the holding, consolidated reporting of the holding is provided.
Electronic copies of documents must satisfy the following conditions:
∙ the participant must ensure that each scanned document is easy to read;
∙ each scanned document must be saved in a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved in a separate file, and a document containing several pages and applications should also be grouped into one file;
∙ Each document must have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.
Planned stages of the purchase:
Stage 1 Creating a list of interested participants. Approval of the composition of the lots.
Stage 2. Collection of documents for qualification. Approval of the list of qualified participants.
Stage 3. Commercial stage among qualified participants.
Stage 4. The selection of winners.
Stage 5. Conclusion of contracts.
