VimpelCom PJSC invites your company to take part in the qualification selection of counterparties to participate in procurement activities at the choice of a supplier of Software for controlling logical parameters and configuration of mobile communication networks of RAN \ CORE \ TN (Configuration Management) subsystems of all equipment manufacturers.Collapse

Software for control of logical parameters and configuration of mobile communication networks of RAN \ CORE \ TN subsystems (Configuration Management) of all equipment manufacturers
Comments: The goal of the project is to automate the control of the set values of the logical parameters of the RAN \ CORE \ TN subsystems for their compliance with the approved templates.
The main tasks of CM are parsing, processing and control of the values of 100% of the parameters of the equipment for discrepancies with respect to the approved templates; reporting on the consistency of templates and parameters in different sections. You need a multi-vendor solution with support for CORE \ RAN \ TN subsystems, existing 2G / 3G / 4G / IoT technologies and the ability to integrate with new solutions and technologies (for example, 5G).
The CM product must provide control of the set values of the logical parameters of the CORE \ RAN \ TN subsystems for their compliance with the approved templates for all equipment manufacturers from a single user interface, have a current commercial release and a development plan for the next 3 years (roadmap).
We inform you that the procurement event is supposed to be carried out in several stages:
1. stage - Qualification selection;
2. stage - Testing;
3. stage - Commercial stage in the format of electronic trading on the VimpelCom site.
To participate in procurement events no later than 03/15/2021, you must send the following documents to the email address tenders_Vinogradova@beeline.ru:
1. Fill in the Participant's Questionnaire by submitting it in PDF format (scanned with signature);
2. Fill in Appendix 2. Financial statements by submitting in Excel and PDF format (scanned with signature);
3. Fill out the Statement of Compliance with the Qualification Requirements. To confirm compliance with the qualification requirements, it is also necessary to attach all the Appendices required in the Declaration of Conformity.
It is also necessary to prepare the following documents in separate PDF files:
- Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities dated 2020;
- The current edition of the charter with the current amendments;
- Power of attorney or other document giving authority to a particular person to sign documents on behalf of the organization;
- Certificate of registration with the tax authority;
- Certificate of making an entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
- The balance sheet or other documents characterizing the financial and economic activities of the organization, please provide for the closed periods of the current year, as well as a report at the end of previous periods (maximum for 3 years).
Requirements for electronic copies of documents:
Each electronic document must be:
- easy to read;
- saved in a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved in a separate file, and a document containing several pages and attachments must also be grouped into one file, for example: The Charter must be scanned not in separate pages, but in one file (file PDF format in black and white);
- have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.
When responding to this request, please indicate "Organization Name / CM". The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 MB (if necessary, you can send several letters or several volumes of the same archive). The name of each file should indicate its content.
