| Payment terms: | For the winner who is NOT an SME:
Payment for the cost of the products specified in the specification is made after documentary confirmation of the delivery by the Contractor and acceptance by the Customer of the delivered products, within 45 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties a unified form Torg-12 consignment note in 2 copies, or a universal transfer document (UPD) in 2 copies, issued in accordance with the letter of the Federal Tax Service MMV-20-3/96@ dated October 21, 2013 and passing the entrance control on the basis of the original invoice for payment, invoices received from the Contractor.
For the winner who is an SME:
