The Buyer shall pay for the supplied products by money transfer to the Supplier's settlement account as follows: 100% of the cost of goods delivered within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of acceptance of the goods from the carrier at the buyer's warehouse.
When submitting a proposal on a pre-paid basis, the supplier will be required to provide an irrevocable and unconditional bank guarantee. As guarantors for bank guarantees may make banks holding at the time of the issuance of guarantees for the 50 top positions in the official rankings of the largest Russian banks, or international banks rated not lower than BB +/Vaa2.
