Payment terms:
Payment under the contract is made in the following order
The Contractor shall provide the Developer with an act of acceptance of the completed works and an invoice no later than 3 (three) calendar days from the date of completion of the work.
The calculation for the completed works is made by the Developer on the basis of the act of acceptance of the completed works signed by the Parties, the invoice no later than 10 (ten) banking days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of acceptance of the completed works.

The Contractor shall not be entitled to demand a change in the Contract price (cost of works) of this Contract if the increase in costs is caused by non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by the Contractor of obligations under the Contract.
