Delivery terms:Transportation of the XCMG QY100K construction crane along the route: Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District Purovsky District, Korotchaevo - Chelyabinsk Highway Moscow-Chelyabinsk 1851 km;

All approvals through the traffic police for the entire route, agreed directly by the carrier.

Loading during the period from 04/06/2020 to 04/10/2020

Loading and unloading at the points of loading and unloading of equipment is carried out by GSI-NHM LLC.

Comments:
1. The request to ask all questions on the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. Before submitting envelopes, participants of this procedure MUST attach to the bidder’s APPLICATION and documents according to the APPLICATION simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating the terms for the provision of the service), signed by an authorized person and certified by the organization’s seal, to their proposals in electronic form participant of this procedure on the letterhead of his organization. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by the participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
3. By providing on request of proposals:
- Partner card;
- Commercial offer
- Certificate TIN;
- Bukh balance sheet for 2017-2019;
- 2019 VAT Declaration
- A letter of guarantee on the unconditional signing of the draft contract as amended by the Sender.
- A letter stating that the offer was calculated in full compliance with the stated requirements of GSI-NHM LLC;
- Information about the technical equipment of the company.

4. Loading and unloading operations will be performed by the Customer;

ALL SUBMITTED DOCUMENTS SHOULD BE NAME IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS CONTENT

Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or to terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants
