Transportation of the SKG-401 construction crane along the route: "PPN353 PSP Purpe-Novy Urengoy (Tarko-Sale) - GSI VNGS LLC, Kstovo, Tsentralnoe highway, 13, SETiM base" with loading operations at the crane loading place. The term for loading the crane for transportation is not later than 08/21/2019. Delivery time of the crane to the address of GSI VNGS LLC, Kstovo, Tsentralnoe highway, 13, SETiM base no later than 08/30/2019.

Comments: 1. The Contractor must have permission to transport CTG along the route.
2. The Contractor’s presence of hoisting mechanisms (owned or leased) with a loading capacity of at least 45 tons at the loading place
3. The presence of the Contractor's production base (owned or rented) in the immediate vicinity of the loading place at a distance of not more than 150 km.
4. The request to ask all questions on the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
5. Participants in this procedure MUST attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the list simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating the terms of carriage and payment terms) signed by an authorized person prior to opening the envelopes to their proposals in electronic form and certified by the seal of the organization-participant of this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by the participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
The validity of the offer of suppliers is not less than 30 days.
