Ranking of bids

This request for a commercial offer is sent in accordance with the Tender Regulations of the Tender Organizer, as part of the procedure for requesting commercial offers, which (like the ongoing tender) It is not an offer, auction or tender and its holding is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and also is not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1065 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

To participate in this Bidding Procedure, applicants must provide the following documents:
1. Commercial offer (template attached to the Competitive Bidding Process)
2. Companies that do not have experience working with Rusagro Group of Companies - a reference list for similar projects in the form attached to the tender.
3. Package of documents according to the mandatory list attached to the tender.
4. Participation in the tender means the Bidder's consent to sign the standard form of the Rusagro Group contract without making changes. The template of the standard form is attached to the tender.

In the absence of a complete set of documents, your Bid will not be considered!

We remind you that the price is the most significant, but not the only criterion for evaluating the offer. When choosing the winner, the tender commission takes into account a number of the following criteria: compliance with the Requirements Specifications, delivery time / fulfillment, warranty, price, advance /postpaid, advance payment, business reputation and work experience, willingness to work under a standard contract, willingness to work on EDI.
