Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.
:		1% of total amount
Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:100% payment after receipt of the goods and on the basis of the invoice within 20 working days.
Delivery terms:Preferably delivery at the expense of the supplier.

Comments:
All proposed drugs must be registered in the Saturn system.
Be sure to provide: Certificate of Conformity or Declaration of Conformity,
The specification for the delivery contract and the UPD.
Delivery on request from April to June.
Shelf life until 2024.
These drugs should be allowed on the territory of the Russian Federation.
