Обоснование: Победителем процедуры открытого запроса предложений признается Участник, предложивший наименьшую цену с учетом результатов проведенной процедуры переторжки.
По результатам проведенной процедуры переторжки предлагается выбрать победителем открытого запроса предложений участника, предложившего наиболее предпочтительное ценовое предложение, а именно ООО "ХК"Э-ИТ" со стоимостью предложения 209 745,39 руб. без НДС.
