5. Certificate of an authorized dealer or partner of the manufacturer.
6. A certificate of the status of payments for taxes and fees, dated no more than 30 days before the date of submission.

8. A power of attorney or a decision of the founders, for the head, for the right to sign.
9. Accounting statements for the last reporting period.
10. Commercial offer with signature and seal (in the appendix).
11. Participant's questionnaire (in the appendix).
