| Payment terms: | 100% of the price of the delivered Goods is paid no more than 15 calendar days for the winners of the SME entities and no more than 45 calendar days for the winners who are not related to the SME entities from the moment of delivery of the Goods in full of each batch according to clause V.3, acceptance of the Goods in full of the corresponding batch by the Buyer, signing by the Parties of the consignment note in the form of a COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12 and the provision of an invoice and invoice for all Goods of the relevant batch. |

| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
