Payment terms:the supplier undertakes to provide the buyer an invoice for payment of the goods not later than 3 (three) working days from the date of signing of the contract. The buyer pays the invoice issued by the supplier within 10 (ten) working days from the date of its receipt. The price includes the VAT amount, the cost of packaging, the cost of delivery of the goods to the buyer. The buyer makes a payment in the amount of 100% of the value of the consignment on the basis of the invoice issued by the supplier.
Delivery terms:the goods are delivered by the Transport Provider's expense, to the warehouse of the buyer within 5 (five) working days after the payment.
