Comments:
1) All questions through the site.
2) Products should be labeled and packaged in special packaging (packaging), the appropriate standards, specifications, mandatory rules and requirements for packaging. Packaging must ensure the complete safety of the goods for the whole period of their transportation, taking into account congestion and long-term storage.
3) The equipment should have a certificate "on the approval of the type of measurement", certificate of calibration.
4) All technical documents must be submitted in Russian.
5) The equipment supplied must be new, without achievements.
6) A prerequisite for participation in the RFP and contract to supply - availability of manufacturer status or existing dealerships with manufacturers.
7) on the trading floor of the proposal according to the rules it should be presented in Russian Rubles in terms of Central Bank of Russia on 03.12.2019
8) In case of divergence of information specified in the offer and the electronic platform, for information is received consideration specified in the marketplace.
9) Analogs are not considered
