Participant who participated in the procedure (who made a proposal) must upload the following documents to the system before the deadline for accepting applications:
1. Charter (with all additions and changes, if any).
2. Certificate of state registration.
3. Certificate of registration for tax registration.
4. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
5. Balance sheet as of the last reporting date with a mark of the tax authority on acceptance.
6. Documents confirming the authority of the representative to sign documents:
— Decision (Protocol).
- Power of attorney.
7. Offer for work (see file "Proposal for delivery of goods")
