30% prepayment within 5 working days from the date of conclusion of the contract with the selected Supplier, 70% within 10 working days from the date of delivery of the goods to the specified warehouse, delivery to the specified warehouse must be included in the price of the goods.

Comments: 1) KP must be issued in the form attached to this lot: KP and Annex 1.$ Along with the electronic version it is necessary to place the scanned KP with the stamp and signature of the manager and attach it to the loading documentation.
2) For participants of the procedure — it is necessary to download together with the KP documents:
a) the charter (in the latest version with all amendments and additions);
b) certificate of state registration (on assignment of OGRN);
c) certificate of registration for tax registration;
d) the decision of the authorized management body of the legal entity on the appointment of the executive body;
e) if necessary — power of attorney for the person who signed the contract;
e) Letter from the Federal State Statistics Service on assignment of codes;
g) extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
h) accounting (financial) statements for the last reporting year, or for the last reporting period, if the counterparty prepares interim accounting (financial) statements, with the appendix evidence of submission of reports to the tax inspectorate;
i) consent to the processing of personal data for LE (the form is attached in the downloaded documentation).
3) Products must be new, not used, confectionery must be manufactured no earlier than 2 months from the date of exposure of the TCH;
4) Commercial Offer should be accompanied with confotmity certificates, passport, quality certificate;
5) Before shipping it is necessary to provide a photo of the packaging of the goods
6) Criteria for selection of the best offer: agreement with our contract form, delivery time, price, payment terms, operational experience;
This procedure is not a competition, its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447 to 449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
