Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment of fees must be made no later than September 29, 2019, payment upon the provision of services. Payment for the Services provided is based on the original invoice issued by the Contractor, by transferring funds to the Contractor’s current account, after documentary confirmation in accordance with the provisions of the Contract for the provision of Services by the Contractor, within 40 (forty) business days from the date of signing of the Act on the provision of services by the Customer, and after receipt by the Customer of the original Invoice, drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
