Quality requirements for the used pallets.
A flat wooden pallet with a size of 800x1200mm must comply with TU GOST 9557-87 or Euro pallets according to EPAL standards - EUR.
• Wooden pallets should be made of softwood lumber.
• There should be no signs of rotting, bark and wood contamination.
• No structural element is broken across the entire width of the board.
• There are no staggering, free-hanging or split boards.
• There are no missing parts.
• All components are firmly nailed and there are no loose joints.
• There is no obvious distortion of the pallets, and the blocks are located exactly under the boards.
• The pallets are odorless and there is no tolerable pollution. The quality of wood is good, it is not deformed. The wood must be dry and not green. There should be no signs of rotting, bark or infection. Knots on wood are allowed if their diameter is less than 10 mm.
• None of the components are broken off or split.
• Pallets must be dry, clean, free of dust and traces of dirt.
