Payment terms:Deferred payment of at least 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods to the consignee’s warehouse.
Delivery terms:Delivery period: from 12/01/2019 03/01/2020 We are ready to consider delivery time proposed by the Supplier. Transportation costs for the delivery of goods to the consignee’s warehouse are borne by the supplier.

Comments:
1) Participant must be a user registered at B2B-Cordiant Trade and Procurement system at http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with the established procedure, and have the rights of the Participant of the System.
2) All the prices in the proposal shall include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier.
3) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.
4) By participating in the bidding Supplier agrees, if awarded the contract, to conclude a standard supply agreement of AO Cordiant without a protocol of disagreements and carry out the delivery subject to the conditions specified in purchase announcement.
5) Be sure to attach a commercial proposal specifying: delivery time, payment terms, warranty period and products manufacturer.
6) Production is necessary according to customer drawings. Drawings are attached to the notice. Making crossbeams (damn. PG388.00.00.001) is possible from the pipe 45х2.5 GOST 8732-78 or from the pipe 40х3 GOST 3262-75, the outer diameter of the pipe is 48 mm. Color Change: pallets are painted in red-brown color with "Yamal quick-drying" primer TU 2313-027-56421682-2015, instead of the enamel NTs-132K orange, which is indicated in the drawings.
7) Delivery and payment are possible in batches.
