Comments: The procedure is two-stage:
stage 1 - prequalification,
Stage 2 – request for commercial proposals.
Participants at the 1st stage are required to:
1. On the website of Glavstroy-SPb Specialized Developer LLC, download a qualification questionnaire with appendices (see the instructions below)
2. upload to the B2B-center ETP:
2.1. Application for participation in the tender (the form in the attachment) indicating the received ID of the qualification questionnaire in pdf format with the seal of the organization and the signature of the head,
2.2. presentation of the company (availability of successful cases on working with reputation (in social networks social networks, messengers, feedback; experience working with large developers; examples of successful work with Yandex reviews; project teams (at least 3 people) and interchangeability of its members; social media specialists and writing staff; availability of successful cases on working with reputation (goal, planned KPIs, result))
To get the ID number of the qualification questionnaire, you need to download it through the Glavstroy-SPb website, following the instructions:
1. "download the questionnaire and its appendices" on the page www.glavstroi-spb.ru/tenders
2. prepare a questionnaire in excel format. Attention! Indicate work experience and mark the types of work for which you need to be invited to participate in tenders;
3. prepare attachments to the questionnaire in pdf format for ALL fields (including optional ones to be filled in – upload a document explaining the optional provision);
4. By clicking the button "Send the completed questionnaire with applications", open the user form for filling in (entering the prepared files in ALL fields).
5. Enter the email address in the user form to receive the ID number of the questionnaire.
Please note that the documents must be drawn up strictly according to the established forms, filled in in full. The data uploaded by you is the basis for making a decision on the admission of the organization to the tender.
Evaluation criteria
- the presence of successful cases on working with reputation (in social networks. networks, messengers, responses;
- having experience working with large developers;
- examples of successful work with reviews on Yandex;
- the presence of a project team (at least 3 people) and the interchangeability of its members;
- availability of social media specialists and writing staff;
- availability of successful cases on working with reputation (goal, planned KPI, result).
Those participants who have passed the preliminary qualification selection under this procedure will be invited to participate in the 2nd stage of the procurement procedure. This prequalification is not a notice of bidding and is not a public offer, the Organizer does not bear any obligations to the suppliers who participated in the request, including obligations to conclude any contracts with the persons who sent their proposals.
This prequalification is not an auction or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer.
The Organizer has the right to refuse to conduct the procedure at any stage, without incurring any financial responsibility to the Participants.
The Organizer reserves the right to extend and (or) change the date of consideration of Participants' proposals and summing up the results of the preliminary qualification selection.
