Comments: 1) Commercial proposal shall be executed on the company's letterhead paper and shall be sealed and signed by the CEO or authorized person.
2) Commercial proposal shall specify:
- the cost of products including VAT, cost of delivery to the Buyer's warehouse, and packaging cost (packaging shall comply with GOST requirements)
- the relation of your company to the supplied products (works, services) (owner-reseller, manufacturer or agent (dealer);
- time of delivery to the Buyer’s warehouse
- warranty terms
- delivery method
3) The products shall be new, unused, manufactured no earlier than 6 months from the date of issuing the Commercial Proposal;
4) Commercial proposal shall be accompanied with conformity certificates, passport, quality certificate;
