Оплата Покупателем каждой партии Продукции осуществляется с отсрочкой не менее 30 (тридцати) и не более 60 (шестидесяти) календарных дней с момента поступления Продукции на склад Покупателя (грузополучателя) и при условии предъявления Поставщиком счета-фактуры (УПД). В случае неполной поставки либо поставки Продукции, несоответствующей требованиям спецификации, оплата всей партии не производится до момента устранения Поставщиком указанных нарушений.
