Comments:
1) The participant must be a user registered in the B2B-Corvette trade and purchasing system on the site http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with the established procedure and possessing the rights of the system member.
2) All the prices in the proposal shall include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier.
3) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.
4) If the supplier participates in the bidding, then he agrees in the event of announcing its winner to conclude a contract of delivery on the standard form of JSC "Kordiant" without a protocol of disagreement and deliver on the terms specified in the announcement of the purchase.
5) It is obligatory to enclose the commercial offer with indication of delivery terms.
6) The choice of the winner is made on each position separately (post-position purchase) on the basis of the minimum prices, at the minimum difference in the price positionally, but considerable difference in the cost of lot,-the lot purchase is possible.
7) If the winner for any reason refuses to supply a certain position on the price offered at the competition, the buyer has the right to order this position from the supplier, which has given the competition the second cheapest offer on this position.
