Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Payment of 100% (one hundred percent) of the total value of the relevant lot of Goods in a period not later than 10 (ten) banking days from the date of shipment of the relevant lot of Goods, on the basis of provided by e- mail of scanned copies of shipping documents (invoice, TORG-12, certificate of acceptance and transfer of equipment, consignment note of the carrier for acceptance of cargo for transportation) or by agreement of the parties.

1) Delivery basis: Pickup from the Supplier's warehouse;
2) Delivery to Magadan also needs to be calculated, but in the CP specify a separate line

Comments: 1) KP is accepted only by the form enclosed in the procurement documentation in the EXCEL format! All the items on the form are required!
