Payment terms:Payment for the supplied products (goods) shall be made upon receipt of the products (goods) at the Buyer's warehouse, within 60 days of receipt of the invoice issued in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
Delivery terms:Delivery to the warehouse of the Buyer in Chelyabinsk. Shipping costs for delivery are included in the cost of products (goods). The quality of the supplied products (goods) is confirmed by the quality certificate (passport) of the manufacturer. Conclusion of the contract in the form of LLC Mechel Materials without a protocol of differences.

Comments:
This procedure is not a tender or public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer has the right to refuse all incoming offers without imposing responsibility.
It is possible to submit proposals via B2B-mechel.ru electronic platform from previously registered in the System, but not received an EDS and did not pay for participation in the System.
Acceptance of proposals to the Organizer's e-mail address is completed within 4 hours prior to the expiration of the request for proposals.
