2. Certificate of the state registration.
3. Certificate of tax registration.
4. Extract from USRLE.
5. Balance sheet as of the last reporting date with a note of the tax authority on acceptance.
6. The staff schedule.
7. Documents confirming the representative's authority to sign documents:
- decision (Protocol).
- power of attorney.
8. Proposal for the execution of works (see the file "Proposal for the supply of goods")
