DOCUMENTATION FOR DOWNLOAD:

All participants who have not previously participated in tenders of JSC Russian Coal must provide scanned copies of constituent and financial documents via e-mail:


1) Decision (protocol) on the establishment of the Company (Memorandum of Association);
2) Charter and all changes to it;
3) Certificate of state registration of a legal entity;
4) Certificate of delivery for registration with the tax authority;
5) Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
6) Protocol (decision) on the extension of the authority of the head;
7) Financial statements (for 12 months of 2018 and 2019 - with a mark of the tax authority or a scanned copy of an electronic receipt):
a) Balance sheet.
b) Profit and loss statement.
