| Payment terms: | Customer shall pay 30% (thirty percent) upfront payment to Supplier of the Consignment of Equipment delivered for a particular Site within 30 (thirty) days from the date Provide the original invoice by the Supplier and provided the Provider provides the advance payment refund and the contract security. There is no advance payment prior to provision of security, and Customer is not liable for payment delays.
Advance payments shall be credited upon receipt of the Equipment by the Customer and the Customer signs the invoice (unified form TRADE-12, hereinafter referred to as the invoice) /universal transfer document (hereinafter also the UPD).
The Customer shall make a final payment for the supplied set of Equipment as well as for the delivery of the Equipment to the Site within 45 (forty-five) days from the date (s) of the authorizers' signature by Party representatives of the consignment/universal transfer document for the last equipment delivered from the appropriate set of Equipment, subject to the supplier's supply securing the contract and enforcing the warranty obligations. |
