Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Required payment method: 100% postpay.
Payment for the Equipment is made in rubles at the rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the day of payment within 30 (thirty) calendar days on the basis of the Invoice issued by the Contractor (after the Customer and the Contractor have signed the consignment note in case of post-payment). Payment for services is carried out at the rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the day of payment.
The date of payment under this Agreement is the date of debiting funds from the Customer's current account. Payment is possible only after the conclusion of the contract.
Delivery terms:Only agreed configurations are allowed to participate. The participant must check the configurations for compliance with the TOR and take into account personal comments to some configurations.

Either Lot 3 or Lot 4 will be selected and purchased (depending on the total cost, these are variants of the same equipment with different support periods).
You can submit several offers on equipment from different manufacturers.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
